Oklahoma Bar Association Free Information and Videos
The OBA offers a series of free informational brochures and videos on a variety of legal topics including criminal law, bankruptcy, divorce, small claims, rights and duties of tenants, advanced directive for health care, home buying, victim protections/VPO and more.
Oklahoma Free Legal Answers
Submit your legal questions and a volunteer lawyer will respond at no cost. Sponsored by the Oklahoma Bar Association, American Bar Association and Oklahoma Supreme Court Access to Justice Commission.
Oklahoma Lawyers for America's Heroes
This program connects eligible active-duty personnel and veterans to pro bono lawyers who assist in resolving legal issues.
Wills for Heroes
The Wills for Heroes program is designed to provide free wills to emergency personnel in Oklahoma.
Free Legal Information Brochures and Videos
Free information produced by the Oklahoma Bar Association at no cost to the public on more than 20 legal topics. Printed versions of brochures can even be mailed to Oklahomans for free.
Pro Se Guide
The words “pro se” come from a Latin phrase meaning “on behalf of oneself.” If you are representing yourself in a court case without the assistance of an attorney, you are proceeding pro se. This is also sometimes referred to as self representation. These resources are designed to assist you if you wish to file pro se in the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
